Freight carriers provide three distinct delivery service levels to cater to your needs, as detailed below. Choose the delivery service level that best meets your needs. After your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Regardless of the chosen delivery method, the carrier will reach out to you beforehand to arrange a delivery appointment. Typically, delivery appointments are available from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, within a 4-hour time window.

For our valued residential customers, the freight company will conveniently deliver your purchase right to your garage. In the case of business addresses, your order will be brought just past the main entrance of your establishment. This delivery service is executed by a skilled driver equipped with a pallet jack. To facilitate a smooth delivery process, please ensure that the path from the delivery truck to the designated drop-off location is free of any obstacles, flat, and level, with no steps along the way.

The driver will park the delivery truck as close as possible to your delivery address and then lower the palletized shipment to ground level using the lift gate on the back of the truck. Please note that if you choose this option, the carrier is not responsible for bringing the item inside your garage or the main entrance of your establishment. You should have a strong dolly or a pallet jack on hand (and possibly some people to help you) so you can safely move the item from the curb.

The palletized shipment will be delivered to your commercial loading dock.
