The Hollon BHS-45C Black Hawk gun safe is the largest model in the Black Hawk line, built to protect up to 45 Comfort Fit long guns behind a full 90-minute fire rating. An intumescent door seal expands when exposed to heat, sealing the opening against smoke and flame so firearms, optics and documents survive a house fire intact.

Heavy construction sets this safe apart. The body and door are formed from 10 gauge steel with an additional quarter-inch steel plate inside the door, roughly 30 percent thicker steel than most competing brands. The 5-inch thick door, 1-1/2 inch solid steel bolts and heavy duty vault hinges stand up to crow bar and pry bar attacks, while a drill and ballistic resistant hard plate guards the lock.

Security is handled by an S&G Group 2 dial combination lock, the time-tested mechanical standard that never needs batteries and will not fail when you need access most.

Inside, a foam-backed cushioned deluxe liner protects finishes, corded trim shelving and a steel reinforced top shelf carry heavy loads, and extra space accommodates extra long rifles.
