The Hollon BHS-45E Black Hawk is the largest safe in the Black Hawk line, built to protect up to 45 Comfort Fit long guns behind a full 90-minute fire rating. An intumescent door seal expands under heat to seal out smoke and flame, giving firearms, ammunition and documents a genuine margin of survival in a house fire.

Heavy construction sets this 45 gun safe apart. The body and door are formed from 10 gauge steel with an additional 1/4 inch steel plate inside the door, roughly 30 percent thicker steel than most competing brands. The 5 inch thick door, 1-1/2 inch solid steel locking bolts and heavy duty vault hinges stand up to crow bar and pry bar attacks.

Access comes through a UL Listed Type 1, military grade EMP resistant S&G electronic lock, a true differentiator that keeps the safe operating when lesser electronics fail. A drill and ballistic resistant hard plate guards the lock against direct attack.

Inside, a foam backed cushioned deluxe liner, corded trim shelving, a steel reinforced top shelf, pocket door organizer, Vista Light Kit and a fire resistant three plug outlet with dual USB ports keep the collection organized, charged and visible.
